The name Nenya comes from JRR Tolkien's (JRR Tolkien books on Amazon) imagination and the purpose for which he used it serves me also. This painting is part of the Chimene series. It is one of three paintings now owned by friends of mine, the others are Vilya and Narya.
Please note this painting has some silver colour and so catches the light.
